Property was fresh and clean (except under lounge sofa beds and cushions we found crisps and crumbs). Nicely set out and presented beautifully. Bathrooms immaculate.

All the little extra touches such as dressing gowns, eye masks and lovely welcome basket in the kitchen. Lovely having all the animals on our doorstep as well to visit.

"one of a kind"

beautiful location and house. we were only there for one night but plan to come back as it was so nice! owners sent a list of recommendations before we arrived, we walked to the Crown and Anchor which was a beautiful walk. wouldn't have known about it otherwise.

A fantastic place to stay- the kids loved meeting the animals, bouncing on the trampoline and playing on the climbing frame- it was a challenge to get them to leave! The cottage was cosy, comfortable, well equiped and clean.

Minor minor detail but would have been a bonus to have a box of jigsaws/board games/toys. Also a coat stand/boot rack or something like that would have been useful but these are all minor details! The WiFi was unreliable during our stay which was frustrating at times.
