The Lakehouse is the perfect retreat, secluded but with an excellent host a phone call away. Can't wait for a return visit. Thank you Richard for a lovely weekend away

The location

Everything else. The property was dirty, unprepared and there was no hot tub ready for guests. The boat for the lake was sunken. Lack of toilet rolls, no gas, bottle shelf on the fridge door missing, mould on door frame, fire pit full of debris, the blankets were thrown on the floor. I can go on but I won’t

It was gorgeous! It’s so secluded and the lake is so tranquil! We had so much fun! Thank you Richard for being an awesome host!! We used the hot tub, had a pizza evening, gin tasting and got the breakfast hamper too! All so worth it

We had the most amazing stay at this cabin it’s an absolute hidden gem! The place is completely private, and you even get your own private lake and a boat to explore or swim around in, which made the experience feel extra special. The cabin is beautifully designed with a rustic yet modern touch, and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, dining, or just taking in the peaceful surroundings. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and disconnect. Richard, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he’s put a lot of thought into making the space both comfortable and unique. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for somewhere beautiful, peaceful, and truly private.
