Casa Carina in Corfu Old Town

The place was just great! The location is perfect, very close to the best restaurants, and the main attractions of old town. The house was very clean and equipped with all the necessities to make yourself comfortable even for a long stay. Communication with the owner was great, very helpful and very responsive.

The property is very central in old town. Only a few minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and shops. There is a local shop just around the corner for provisions. The property was clean and compact and the air conditioning was much needed due to the extremely hot weather. The property also had a washing machine, which isn’t mentioned on the property details, but was very was useful.

We were a family of 4 adults, ie 2 older children, and found the property a little too compact. The attic room doesn’t allow you to stand up in which we didn’t realise so it was awkward using that space. There are only 3 comfy seats in the sofa area and the TV just had Greek tv on it as we kept losing the signal for any other programmes. We would also have benefitted from a little knowledge about the area on arrival, such as a map of the island or even just Corfu town - maybe one from the tourist board? There is a list of beaches and restaurants recommended by the host which is left at the property. Note: We struggled sending & replying to emails from the host through booking.com so I would suggest using the booking.com app instead.

The property was amazing ! super clean and well equiped. The host was great at communicating with us and making sure we were settled in. Would highly recommend this property. Location is incredible, central to the old town !!!

A perfect apartment in the heart of the old town of Corfu. Perfect location close to all restaurants and cafes in the city. We were a family of four, we really enjoyed the apartment and the area. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need, the host was available at any time and helped with any question or request. We strongly recommend staying in this apartment to anyone who wants to experience the authenticity of the city. Thanks for everything Thanos.
