Anniversary Cottage- Country feel, close to Cromer

The house was impeccably clean Everything you could ever need was there in fact it was like home from home.thank you very much it was a pleasure to stay.

Beautiful Location

Need a TV in the bedroom and need a more comfy sofa.

Spotless. Proper kitchen with everything you need. Comfy bed. Garden. Easy parking in front or behind. Good pub 5 minutes stroll. Great location (with a car).

Blackout curtains in main beedroom would be nice. The washbasin tap in the bathroom will need replacement soon.

Location was fine, place was clean and comfortable, met all expectations.

nothing to dislike

Really clean and home from home feel. Had everything you need for a week’s stay. Issue with washing rotary sorted out really quickly can’t fault communications with owners. It’s about a ten minute drive to Cromer very central for everything that we needed.

Only small issues for me but could really do with black out curtains in the bedrooms. And the sofas weren’t the best but fine if you are out and about a lot.

Anniversary Cottage met all our expectations,and provided the comfort we needed for our two-night stay. Plenty of information was provided to enjoy Anniversary Cottage as a base for exploring North Norfolk. A particular highlight was the wonderful walk to Overstrand Beach, through woodland and wheatfields. A great way for my daughter and me to enjoy all the beauty of summer.

While I have rated Anniversary Cottage as very comfortable, and meeting all our requirements, I felt it could have been improved with a little bit more personality in the decor, to make it feel a little bit more like a "home from home".

Nice clean and modern property with easy access and check in. Hosts had left tea, coffee, sugar and milk which was a lovely and helpful touch. Makes a nice base to return to after trips out.

Sofas were small and uncomfortable which meant it was hard to relax of an evening. The outdoor furniture was stacked up and dirty from what looked like winter storage. The rear parking didn’t give a great feel of safety, but plenty of parking at front.
