Lovely touch with milk and chocolates on arrival

Only one v small niggle - as a family of 3 and the fact that our daughter is 17 so 3 adults the sofa area was very small for 3 of us.

"Great find in a quiet location."

Great quiet location not far from Cromer. We only stayed two nights but the house was just perfect. It is simply furnished and comfortable and very clean. It was one of the cleanest accommodations we have stayed in.

The settee was maybe a little small, but that was not a real issue.
