Modern 2 Bed House with Parking and Garden

Location was within walking distance of city centre House was very clean and garden was lovely to sit in

I had requested parking for 2 cars which was ignored. Conveniently on calling the owner she hadnt seen that request apparantly - I feel this was because they knew we wouldnt have booked with them. They suggested parking some distance from the house as they didnt have a permit for the street. On trying to find a car park a local advised us not to park in there if we wanted to keep our windows!. A very kind neighbour on the street allowed us to park on their drive - not a good start!! Only 2 of the 4 toaster slots worked and there was no controller for the tv, only sky and we had no way of adjusting the volume. The pillows could also do with replacing

We absolutely loved staying here, home was very spacious & very clean! Beds extremely comfortable. Zero complaints & highly recommend!!

Host was very prompt with communication, the place was very clean with lots of equipment and homely touches, and the beds were very comfy - thank you!

Good sized house, very clean, nice garden to sit in, great location that is very close to the city centre in a nice neighbourhood, easy instructions to follow regarding check in/check out, owner lives nearby so if there were any issues we could reach her easily

Towels provided were really small, would have appreciated a large towel for showering. Very minor thing: the sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on so we didn't use the living room much. Otherwise no issues!

Very clean property in a good location Plenty of space and facilities on hand Arriving and checking out very easy Communication from host was excellent

It would have been helpful to know there was parking for one small car and that the road was for permits only so had to put other cars in local car parks for the weekend. The sofa bed downstairs was a very small double and basic so may be worth mentioning as it meant one of our guests had to sleep on the floor as it was a little too small for 2 adults.
