"Good for the price"

Sufficiently roomy. We are a family of five and all adults. So my adult kids did not feel cramped and everyone their personal space. Very clean kitchen and sufficient crockery et al.

The bathroom was spacious but the wall tiles and windows really needed cleaning. And the floor really does need work. I am particular about bathrooms, so it affected the stay. Also, bed linen and towels could really be better.

"It was a great stay and I would come again"

The property was clean and comfortable with all facilities you might need. Location is great - it’s easy to get to Nottingham city on the bus and it’s not far from the university campus either. The host was also very friendly and took care of us in the heatwave by leaving us cold bottles of water.
