the location was excellent and the size and layout was perfect for our needs

the villa was dated and some areas badly needed repair/updating. the level of cleanliness was also an issue. the pathe outside and up to the property was dangerous as it was badly damaged from tree roots disturbing the ground.

quiet in a close. the pool pity it wasn’t heated

the whole villa is totally outdated the agents did nothing for you. too many things wrong & they had no interest in helping you.

Great location, size of property for 6 was perfect, with on suite bathrooms for each room. Pool was good and cleaned regularly

Property is somewhat tired, dishwasher leaked and wasn’t fixed despite us raising the issue, fridge door was damaged and light didn’t work, ironing board was broke as was washing machine door. Patio furniture was cheap and one of the chairs collapsed when our 73 year old sat on it, as the plastic was damaged, thankfully he wasn’t hurt, we again raised the matter but it wasn’t replaced. Bedding and furniture are old, while the TV is small for the room size. It wouldn’t cost the owners much to improve the property massively. The drive is dangerous as the concrete slabs are cracked, raised so risk in the dark if tripping up.
