Beautiful Victorian Terraced House

Das Zentrum liegt ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. In der Straße der Unterkunft bekamen wir immer problemlos einen (kostenlosen) Parkplatz. Ruhige Lage, ruhige Nachbarn. Zugang über Schließfach problemlos.

Die Einrichtung (Betten, Möbel, Küche) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche auch nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Nur ein Trockentuch (keine Spülmaschine) und nur ein Müllbeutel für einen 5-Tage Aufenthalt. Besteck alt, Wasserkocher alt & verkalkt etc etc. Toilette im Obergeschoss verstopft. Leider war die Heizung vorab so eingestellt, dass diese nur morgens 2 Stunden und abends 4 oder 5 Stunden lief. Bei 8°C Außentemperatur schon etwas abenteuerlich :(

The owner is very nice, super accomodating. The house was in a reasonable location, very clean and had 4 bed rooms and some outside space. Parking was ok, it's free in that part of town and depending on the time of day you can find something in the same street or nearby.

My only grumble is the price, we booked at a peak time so was not much about and relative to the quality of the property the price I think was too high. There is nothing wrong with this place at all but we paid 260/night and that's too much considering what the property actually is and the fixtures, fittings and facilities.

Exceptionally clean and tidy. Decor was well thought out. kitchen had everything we needed.and we loved the little garden area. the chocolate on our pillow was a lovely touch 🌞

the parking is on the street and finding a space could be difficult (not that the owner is responsible or to blame)
