Beach, hills, food, scenic walks-The Kelp house.

Tammy was excellent, so helpful. Very clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable. The bus stopped just down the road, so was easy to get into Brighton.

Looks nice in pictures, disappointing when you look further inside and area very unappealing, especially the houses at the end of the track not suitable for wheelchair users due to very uneven track and parking area

Host was emailed and told I have MOBILITY ISSUES with no response! . Parking very bad position, very tight narrow bumpy alleyway ok for small car , nasty small kerb edging that you keep getting stuck on this could damage your tyres also trip hazard uneven ground hard to walk on let alone with mobility issues not easy to use a wheelchair very dark area bad lighting timer to short outside lighting down lights not very practical need floodlights . Lights Do not come on untill very close to them , Felt very uneasy in that area and felt uneasy Leaving my car here .( Could not sleep due to this uneasy feeling) especially after seeing the houses at the end of the alley way . apx # 30 crimes reported in 1000mtr radius in past year look it up !! TV could not just put the TV on have to navigate Apps ! Customer wants to watch TV owner wants You watch via apps. I just want to turn it on and watch IT Fire extinguisher in cupboard should be on the wall WiFi code could be on the wall , instead of texting . Central heating in the skirting boards could not get any heat in the bedroom ( due to my medical condition ,I need to keep warm ) after finding control behind door still couldn't get any heat temperature was showing 20 our own gauge shows 17 skirting boards getting hot but did not seam to heat up the room think max output from heating was 17 Deg. So technically heating Not "suited" for Disabled people who need to stay warm above 21 this maybe discrimination ! Front door step could be wider after almost fall off it in the dark no hand grabs . Lounge light switch wrong side of door have turn off before exiting, then existing in to darkness Mould in the shower grout, sky lights could do with finishing off around them need cleaning , skirting boards covers falling off , dirt behind TV , Doorways not wide enough you have a duty of care to your customers..

Well-equipped, cosy property in a brilliant position. Lots to do nearby, but comfortable enough not to need to venture far. Fab, helpful and informative owner who even managed to make the sun come out when I asked him to!

Location and facilities just perfect for our weekend away to relax. Tam was so friendly and welcoming and made a stay with a newborn so easy

Exceptionally welcoming hosts, took great care in making our 3-night stay a comfortable one, lots of communication. The Kelp House is an absolutely lovely place, decorated to a very high standard throughout with real plants. Me and my young daughter didn't feel like going out much as we were so comfy... Also very large smart TV with great choice of films and series.
