Located in an up and coming district called the Tanneries just on the east side of the map of Greater Chania near cafés and restaurants. 30 minute pleasant walk into the old town with a little local beach for swimming on the way and and a long row of cafés. Fantastic partial sea view from the terrace. Excellent air conditioning. Beds are a single in the kitchen, a double in the upper room and a mezzanine single accessed by a ladder - great for young people! Very friendly welcoming host with perfect English who showed us round when we arrived and who answered any queries immediately. Nice welcome package of water juice and coffee. Kettle and Nespresso maker. Just need to bring beach towels. A perfect stay!

I like to block out the light and the door to the terrace let the light in but I now take big pegs with me and pegged up a covering.
