Maria`s Peaceful Nest

The rooms are clean , cozy and full equipped with everything you will need. Also the garden is a small piece of art! Maria and her husband are very helpful if you need feel free to ask them!

I stayed at Maria's while my husband was having a procedure done at the nearby hospital. She greeted me and showed me around and even helped me by ordering food. I was on my own with no car, and I actually felt safe in her compound. It gave me such peace to stay in a beautiful place while I was dealing with stress at the hospital.

We stayed 5 nights at Maria's Peaceful Place and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is brand new, very clean and every detail has a lovely vintage style (from the colors of the walls to the owen). We had breakfasts and dinners in the garden, with the company of Maria's pets. There is a washing machine and the bed is very comfortable (we slept very well!). Maria is friendly and ready to provide recommendations. She also invited us to her birthday party, making us feeling included. The position of the place is great to reach turisitic locations (20/30 minutes less than departing from Chania city center) and it's less than 10 minutes to go to Chania (you can park just at the beginning of the city center). Hope to visit again!

There's no big wardrobe.

Maria was one of the best hosts I have met so far. Very quick and precise in responding to messages and needs, attentive to details(you can find a lot of information about restaurants, bars, beaches within the accommodation). To reach the accommodation but also to visit the beaches and tourist spots it is extremely necessary to rent a car but once you do that, the location of the accommodation, is perfect. The wi-fi was great, there was also air conditioning, enough space for parking, washing machine and everything needed for the convenience of the guest. I will definitely come back to visit!

The place is really confortable, nice and super clean. The garden outside is fantastic and if you have a car is the best place to visit the area. Maria is the best host ever! Super kind and generous of advice!
