We like everything about this property. From the stunning views, the convenient location, the full complement of amenities to the management team, and the comfort of the beds. We stayed at five different accommodations during our travels in New Zealand, and this is the best. It's great value for money, and we will be trying to book again when we return to Queenstown.

Stunning views. Spacious living area. Good location. Private garage.

Slightly outdated, in need of a few repairs.

The views, and it’s only 5 mins drive into town.

Shower was poor, difficult to control water temperature, and hot water ran out during our second night. Shampoo was not provided too, and body bath had to be placed on the bathroom floor as no shelf provided. En-suite bathroom shower tap was also spoilt. Bedsheets were also not clean.

The view is exceptional, house is big, in door carpark is great. Heating is comfortable. Short drive to town, the direction to the house given was clear, follow strictly you won't get lost.

The bedding is not clean, the quilt has blood stains on it, some has black spot. The wardrobe is messy and had 1 used towel inside. The kitchen ware also not very clean. Hot water ran out on 2nd day. One of the shower knob is broken and fell off.

Cleanliness and view

Entry was a bit difficult to locate.

The view from the balcony was outstanding. Beautiful large balcony with a barbeque. Plenty of coffee and a perculator which was a massive bonus!!! Beds were massive and comfy. Nice fireplace and living room - very cosy.

Address was confusing as it is located on a different street to what is listed (not a huge drama - but hard to get taxi's to and from). Not much else to complain about.. the hot water ran out after 5 days which, in freezing queenstown, is NOT ideal.

Noise from the hot water system was audible from the master bedroom. Master bed was huge but a wrongly sized electric blanket was on the bed making it uncomfortable to have the cord and block fitting directly underneath me.

View and all facilities. Great support from the host.

Hard to find the switch to turn on stove sparking (no guidance)

Spacious house with huge living rooms, kitchen and bedrooms. We were awed by the spectacular view from all the rooms. 2.5 toilets were also a big plus for large family. There was a big garage that fits a Hyundai Imax / Staria size vehicle. Check in instructions were quite clear as well.

Beds were not all clean. There were strands of hair on the single beds that belonged to previous occupants. Also, there was netflix app on the TV but it was only accessible with your own account. Owner confirmed that they do not provide free login access.
