Shower door didn't close properly. This must be damaging the floor. Couldn't get the tv going.

Close to the city. Staff communicates well to us. Nice warm house.

I think it’s great for group of 4 (or less), there were 5 of us with a toddler and it feels a bit packed when all of us were in the lounge. Would be nice to have a dishwasher, helpful for visitors wanting to cook and eat at home instead of eating out. Lights are a bit dim for me, would be great to have brighter lights too.

The house was absolutely fantastic. The location is brilliant, really close to town. The house is homely. It's showing some signs of wear but still a sweet wee place. We loved that there were Queen beds in all 3 rooms. Communication was really good. Positives definitely outweigh the negatives and would happily recommend.

No dishwasher, especially in a post-covid world where you don't know who stayed there before you and how well they cleaned their dishes. We didn't realise there was an electric blanket on our bed until we left because the control was hidden. Not sure if there were electric blankets on all the beds or not. It would be good to have the WiFi password in the instructions. Luckily we had a young person with us to find out on the back of the modem and help us connect. We had an elderly person with us. He found it really hard to get to the house after dinner, especially since it's uneven ground. We used a phone torch so he could walk up the path.
