"Hot and uncomfortable"

New, well decorated, clean, quiet.

No air conditioning and it was SWELTERING due to the large windows and skylights. The building was poorly insulated and trapped the heat. The layout wasn’t ideal either. Our kids bedroom was downstairs and they could hear us walking up & down the wooden stairs at night when we had to use the restroom. Our neighbors also could apparently hear us talking and knocked on our wall. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. There were spiders everywhere. It was so uncomfortable we decided to leave early and find somewhere else to stay. The staff was very unhelpful and unresponsive when we asked questions. Luckily we were able to get a partial refund.

Room, Breakfast, Staff, View of the landscape, Outdoor waterpark.

The SAALEMAX indoor waterpark saw better days and could need some overhaul.
