Cosy ,well equipped and maintained

Great location close to beach and shops

The shop next door had some sort of generator going during the night found it difficult to sleep

Really comfortable and cosy with lovely touches that made you feel at home

loved the decor and over all look of the place. location is extremely good for access to the whole of Sheringham.

could find no kitchen roll, despite being on the inventory? felt the TV down stairs was mounted too high, made it uncomfortable to watch . main door key was very temperamental and could be an issue in an emergency.

The location was perfect, the bath was lovely

The property had not been cleaned on arrival, so we had to leave again for a hour whilst it was. The shower did not work the first morning so had to go to neighbouring property to shower, until plumber came at 6pm to fix it. The guest info says a large immersion heater will easily fill the bath this is not true and we had to resort to boiling the kettle to fill The owner was not very responsive and offered no compensation for being very put out. And netflix didnt work neither did the tv in the bedroom.

Lovely and clean, good value for money Bed was very comfy

Unfortunately not enough hot water for a bath even after boosting - left the bubble I bought for someone else as no bath at home

The location was excellent right in the middle of everything. The accommodation was clean and cosy with everything that you needed. A very well thought out quirky place. Clear details received from the owner in relation to how to use everything in the accommodation and in relation to parking. We were able to park outside on the street when we arrived, found parking in one of the neighbouring streets and able to park outside again on the night before we left. We would not hesitate to book again if we visit the area again. Thank you
