Coach House, Shrewsbury Town

Excellent location and really good value for money. Everything was clean and we had all we wanted.

There was no WiFi.

Very convenient to town and the river. Very clean. Good shower. Everything we needed for a weekend away. There were teabags, sugar, coffee, salt, peper, washing up liquid provided. Enough for a start, at least.

Pillows were a little hard for me, but it's my preference. Only one toilet for four was a push, but we managed.

No dining table but very small space

Location was excellent, very clean and well equipped. It was also good value for money .

The location was perfect.. Decent shower.

There were quite a lot of issues in the property, this house sleeps 4, but doesn't cater for 4. 2 tiny sofas that were extremely uncomfortable and didn't fit 4 adults sitting on at the same time. Only 2 spaces at the kitchen counter to sit and eat food, only 1 small baking tray, 1 pizza tray for the oven. We cooked 4 pizzas one night and these had to be cooked one at a time, no oven gloves. Only 3 mugs and glasses were dirty so needed to be cleaned before use. TV remote wouldn't work as it had no batteries. Crack in one window in the bedroom that caused a big draft and made a rattling sound, this room was freezing when heating on. The other bedroom the door didn't close. The radiator in the bathroom is rusty. Towels are tiny, could just about wrap it around the body after showering. Overall we weren't happy with the property.

She stood outside front door waiting for us to leave. We took luggage to car and came back for remainder. The cleaner had let herself in, leaving the front door ajar, whilst our belongings were still in the property. She was upstairs stripping the beds, making final checks to make sure we had packed everything impossible. This was all very annoying as our booking was for a 11am check out.
