Location and comfy bed

Empty Washing up bottle left when it was included and toaster and oven had crumbs in / on it.

Cottage was in a good central location. There was always hot water and heating if needed. A shower mat was provided on request and light bulb replaced on landing.

No dishwasher as advertised. Bed linen, towels were tired and hard, no hand towel provided in kitchen. Duvet, pillows etc where lumpy and flat. Bathroom smelt damp and had mould growing on windows etc. Minimal cleaning only, still dust on the bed headboard for example. I could go on, lots of minor things which spoilt the stay. Not as cosy or clean as portrayed.

Very cosy and comfortable. The location was ideal, being close to everything

Having hip problems I did find the stairs a little difficult but not impossible.

The property offered us a great base for exploring Sheringham, Cromer, Holt, Wells Next To Sea and the train to Norwich is an easy journey of just under an hour. The location in the town makes the sandy beaches fully accessible! The property is small but perfect for putting your head down and great value for money. It became our home from home.

For a long booking like ours a few extra toilet rolls and an extra towel each would have been great

We felt the mattress and pillows were too soft but that was the only issue
