Meadow View, luxury home in heart of England

Location is easy to find. House is very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped with extra treats. Surrounding area is lovely and we felt safe. Very good communication with the owners as well. Big thumbs up!

Clean, tidy, , modern, spacious, nice garden, great WiFi, nice area, private parking. had everything we needed for our stay, great hosts, would recommend a stay here

Nothing, couldn't fault it.

Very comfortable and lovely owners, who left essentials to make sure we could have a cup of tea and snacks. The owners also popped by to make sure all was well and drop off additional towels and a fan. Would definitely come back to this property if visiting family in the area again. Our children loved the little park within walking distance from the property too.

advertised as luxury accommodation - don't think it should be described as luxury. the double bed was not big and had a plastic sheet making it very hot. Most windows had restrictors on them making it difficult to get much air into the bedroom on what was a warm night. No fan but thankfully we brought one. No kettle, instead a different type of device which did provide hot water for tea etc once you got familiar with it but I think guests might prefer just a simple kettle. Numerous security cameras around the house, not sure if there is a security risk at this location, felt a bit intrusive. Overall, it felt like we were staying in someone else's house, and not in a rental accommodation - felt a bit uncomfortable overall. Parking was awkward/tight when reversing out (there was not space to turn to drive out forwards) due to other parked cars, in particular one beside the fence, which is maybe not for parking - suggest that is advised to the neighbour for future guests.

Lovely well decorated clean house, couldn't fault it, everything suited our needs, hosts left a nice welcome pack out for us, and checked up on us to see if everything was ok. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation with all you need for a long or short stay. Great location with local facilities nearby. Owners are very helpful and reply promptly to any requests. Nearby Sherwood forest has some great walks and for those interested in wartime history the Dambusters training grounds of the Derwent Valley Reservior system is an easy drive. Would definitely stay again.

The place was very well presented and clean. Looks like a show room but homely atmosphere.

Had a little trouble of parking as the neighbour blocked a lot of the garage entrance with their car.
