"Great stay"

Nicely decorated apartment, and it had everything we needed.

No negatives but would have liked bigger bedside tables in the master bedroom for a cup of tea.

"Nice but be aware as no one wants to help you if anything is wrong with the property"

The property was clean, lots of room for our family, two teenage boys. Pool literally a few feet away.

The room was on the ground floor and the neighbours were so loud, banging around until 4am every night. Very little privacy as you are on top of your neighbours. When sun bathing outside you are right next to the property next door. We reported two broken toilet seats to the person who looked after the property, and a remote that was lost for the tv he couldn’t be any less interested and told us to contact the owners who live away in Sweden. The toilet seats were never repaired, even after contacting them on more than one occasion. We just got told they can’t contact the president. . Two plugs were also broken and no power, we had many things that were broken in the property and decided we just needed to enjoy the holiday as no one was interested. The person who looked after the property was very rude and abrupt on arrival and departure. Barely wanted to interact with you. Very clinical! On leaving he looked around gave us our deposit back. Then when we had left he decided to send me a photo on WhatsApp of the arm of the sofa that had a dint in it. This had this when we arrived. He then started to accuse us of doing this becoming rude on message so I blocked him. I contacted the owner to express my disproval of this and had no reply. We will never use the apartments again. Very disappointing as on the surface they look lovely. Personally I would avoid.
