The Round House - Heale Farm

Lovely quiet location, stylish, spacious, good area for walking, very friendly and helpful hosts.

Beautiful view from the living room, but a blind would be helpful on a sunny afternoon. The bed might be a bit soft for some tastes.

Great location, really peaceful, nice and warm with good wood burner, really clean and has all the amenities, crockery etc you need, dog friendly but was so clean you’d have no idea it was dog friendly, good facilities with lovely hot shower, nice view from the skylights, friendly owner who gave us lots of info on walking routes and pubs and some nice fudge that we then went to buy more of!

slight shame the garden isn’t directly accessible from the roundhouse but this is such a minor complaint. Comfy bed but did think a different mattress would be better as we did find it would slant towards each other, so slept at an angle, but this might be because we are used to a memory foam mattress

Everything about the house, area and hosts was perfect, stunning views, lovely people. You can buy fresh farm eggs from the hosts. House looks exactly like on the pictures, it's clean and well equipped.

Location is a little remote but very peaceful. The accomondation is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Kitchen was very well equipped and bathrooms were modern with constant hot water. Log burner with wood is an added bonus as well.

,The little round house was just what we were expecting, cosy and perfect for a few days away with our dogs.

The only feedback for improvement would be 2 small things. Firstly it needs a blind in the living room as come early evening the light shines right in your eyes the whole of the sofa. Also it means the room gets so hot. Secondly it needs toilet roll holders as otherwise you balance the roll on the back of the loo making it difficult to reach when you need it. It would also be helpful to make it clear regarding the little garden access. You have to go outside the front to access it.
