Ich habe etwas Bedenkzeit gebraucht, um hier zwischen 9,5 und 10 zu bewerten, mich dann doch aber für die 10 entschieden. Sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist man mit einem Mietwagen schnell in Corralejos und an den Stränden. Sehr luxuriös und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist in Hufeisenform gebaut und in der Mitte befindet sich der Pool mit moderner Salzfiltertunganlage umgeben von einer Glasgalerie, die sich nahezu überall öffnen lässt und durch eine Glasfront von den starken Winden nach Norden abgeschirmt wird. Spektakulärer Ausblick auf Lanzarote und die Isla de lobos und nach westen auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir sind hieher gekommen, um uns vom stressigen Arbeitsalltag in Deutschland zu erholen und dafür ist diese Domizil perfekt geeignet. Deswegen 10/10

Auch wenn ich hier maximal bewertet habe, gibt es einige Ideen, wie es noch besser sein könnte. Ein Sonnenschutz über dem Pool in Form eines Sonnensegels. Ich würde generell die Sonne noch mehr nutzen in Form einer PV Anlage und zur Heizung des Pools mit Solarthermie. Tor zur Einfahrt könnte auch noch optimiert werden...

Lovely property with great views of the countryside and Lanzarote in the distance, which is a wonderful view both day and night. The villa is very well equipped and very private. There's a large kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay if you wish to cook for yourselves. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice and spacious but quite a personal choice as it's open to the bedroom, just divided by a large fitted wardrobe but isn't full height, so not particularly private. The location of the accommodation ensures easy access to the main roads to explore the island of Fuerteventura. There's plenty of seating areas and if too breezy outside, you can enjoy a quiet moment in the sheltered chairs in the covered terrace. There are two supermarkets in the village, which are walkable, but it's advisable to hire a car - CICAR were very good as recommended by Montse. The host Montse was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

The property is advertised as a two bedroom property but if you wish to have use of both bedrooms and bathrooms, there is an additional charge per person, per night, which I felt was quite unusual. Otherwise the rental is for a large one bedroom, one bathroom property, with an outside shower/utility room by the pool. When I arrived the terrace roof was leaking due to heavy rain which meant getting wet on the way to the bedroom and bathroom. After some discussion with the host arrangements were made to unlock the second bedroom so that the other bathroom (as it's an ensuite) could be used to avoid the puddles. The house is one storey, but on three levels with quite a number of steps to get between the bedrooms to the open plan kitchen and living room. There aren't any guard rails so need to look where you're walking. I was concerned to receive instructions on using the BBQ inside the enclosed terrace area as it doesn't smoke much - this is very dangerous due to the toxic fumes it will give off and not what the instruction book advised. On the last day I did note internal CCTV cameras in the corridor and living areas, but believe they may not have been in use due to the lens cover being moved over.

Die hochwertige vollständige Ausstattung und die Location allgemein. Sehr ruhige Lage und ein windgeschützter Außenbereich. Die schriftliche Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war unkompliziert und nett.

Absolutely loved the panoramic views, that changed mood with the wind. Superb sunsets. Very peaceful location as a local neighbourhood rather than tourist hot spot. Very clean, well equipped, modern kitchen and useful shower to wash before using the deep pool. Main bedroom very comfy, again mesmerising view and excellent walk-in shower. Excellent location to visit island’s northern beaches that are unspoilt and stunningly beautiful.

Sunloungers weren’t particularly comfy but this is nit-picking.

Stylish. Well equipped. The bed was super comfortable too. Great communication with the proprietor.

The hidden extra cost for use of the air conditioning. This often cut out and needed the trip switch put on again.
