Das Haus ist schön groß, sehr gut eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen kleinen Wohngegend. Kleine Details ( Dekortikel ) bringen Gemütlichkeit. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe sehr nette freundliche Menschen.
