Sehr gute Lage, zentrumsnah. Tierfreundlich. Gute Bad: Dusche und Badewanne.

Nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden, für zwei Familien eher ungünstig. Parkplatzsituation sehr schlecht gelöst. Autos parken auch u.a.auch im Vorgarten. Extrem hellhörig. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Für mehrere Personen eher ungeeignet. Schlafsituation für die weitere Familie wäre das Wohnzimmer, welches ein Durchgangszimmer wäre.
