Relaxing chalet family only

Nagwa was a great host, very helpful, responsive, and gave us useful info about the place. The chalet was super clean and had everything we needed.

Not about the chalet itself, but the compound: the only pool for veiled women was far, so we had to drive under the sun. Also, there’s only one restaurant inside (not very appealing), and most places don’t deliver there, so we had to drive out which isn’t ideal, especially at night in Zaafarana.

I liked the hospitality of Mrs. Nagwa .. she was very caring about our comfort and she cares alot about tht small details that may bother the guests.

I did not like that her room is beside our room with an internal door just separates our room from hers.

The owner is so respectful and supportive The chalet is so clean and well equipped with everything you might need The location is so good An excellent experience we will comeback for sure again
