The property was amazing .Nice and peaceful if u want to relax .Pool was amazing and warm. Had it to ourselves for our stay it's normally shared timed access with one other property but huge so would not be an issue if others were using it .The property had a few nice extras to make our stay more comfortable for example .complimentary juice use of a few basics like a sponge, tea towels, little bits u might forget , Have thoughtfully put there for you.The owner was lovely and friendly and if u needed anything would be happy to help .Will be back for another holiday ASAP. Thank you.dan donna chloe josh from frinton on sea.

Nothing apart from the pool access times might need to be adjusted 9am to 11am is early for the bungalow swim time. Maybe push the times back an hour to 10 to 12am. And give both properties access at 9am to 10 am. And shorten arfternoon share time to an hour . If u have young children in annexe they would be keen to use pool as early as possible.?

It was so lovely. I read such positive reviews, but was still so impressed. It was perfect for a few days to recharge and relax. Would love to go back and have both the bungalow and the annex for all the family. Really can't rate it highly enough..

Perfect stay it was very spacious and very clean it was like home . It was very peaceful I would highly recommend the swimming pool was great to. This property had everything you needed including washing machine and dish washer

We loved the bungalow..well equipped & comfortable.. beautifully clean.The use of the pool was excellent particularly as we had quite a bit of rain..

The only negative ( nothing that can be changed tho) was we needed to drive to different locations..no foot paths on the roads..
