Peaceful Paradise

Caravan was immaculate with everything you would need to keep you going through your holiday. The site is in a beautiful valley, the staff are friendly and helpful, ( thanks to the guy who helped me with the aforementioned lockbox. I arrived after dark and couldn't see it). Five minutes walk away you have the lovely Hele beach and Hillsborough. Hillsborough is worth the climb for the amazing views over the North Devon coastline and across to South Wales. If you want a meal out Farmer Martin and his wife provide excellent fayre at Comyn Farm, situated at the end of the valley. Ilfracombe itself has plenty of eateries from chips to fine dining. 25 minutes walk away you have the High St and the harbour. Have a Hockings ice cream, visit Damien Hursts Verity, ( you either love her or hate her), and wander around the pretty harbour. There's so much to see it's hard to do in one visit. Lockbox was very low down and awkward to see. Tv only loads BBC stations. Not a problem if the weather is good but if you're stuck inside in bad weather. Not so good.

the caravan was modern, clean and spacious. it was in a very good location. we would definitely return!

Clean & comfortable home & site was quiet & peaceful. Good central place to stay for exploring

The turning from the main road onto the site entrance road was extremely tight
