North Lodge

Lovely lodge - described as compact but actually quite spacious. Excellent heating, hot water, and woodburner, so very cosy. Very nice kitchen (only missing a dishwasher, but otherwise well-equipped). Good washing machine and separate dryer, drying rack, warm room for drying gear, plus a warm airing cupboard too - perfect hillwalking base. The hotel has a really excellent restaurant with good food and good service - highly recommended.

Generally very quiet, but be aware it's on the track from the hotel to the village, so you will get guests strolling past from time to time and taking the odd photo (because the lodge is very pretty).

A lovely historic property in a quiet location. Good facilities and very clean.

Cosy, well-equipped lodge in quiet forest location. Great location close to amenities. Within walking distance of hotel restaurant. Log burner was a great addition.

Not a huge problem as we were out most of the time, but Netflix on TV would be good

Perfect location to exploring various parts of Scotland. Amazing house, warm, fabulous size bath and shower, realllly comfortable beds , excellent equipped kitchen and beautiful quiet grounds. Lovely coffee and cake in the hotel nearby also <3

That the holiday had to end. Everything was fabulous.

North Lodge is located in a very beautiful scenery.

When we arrived, the heating had not been turned on. The staff of the hotel that rents out North Lodge assisted us in turning it on.
