NA on Breakfast Location is good

Condo was fair but needs some care for paint and minor repairs. Light bulbs not working in front bedroom and master bedroom. Kitchen sink faucet unstable. Many baseboard heater covers falling off. Drape in front bedroom needs repair. Front door needs door stop to prevent wall damage. Did not use bottom floor but window screens are needing repair. Other than master bed and kitchen set furniture is outdated. Basically place looked aged and needs some attention!

The cleaning was mediocre at best and the downstair "futon" was a mattress on the floor.

The location was great. Two bathrooms were awesome for a group of 5 girls! The pool, jacuzzi and pond area were so nice and the weather was great for mid September to relax in the pool!

The floors weren't super clean. There were remnants of a past stay, like pistachio shells in the rug so maybe a bit better cleaning between guests but overall, clean.

Location. Amount of space.

A lot of improvement is needed to make the space nicer: clean or replace Dining room chairs and living room rug, fix master shower head and possible mold., paint all the walls.

Slope side is very convenient. It’s perfect for our group of 5.
