Deers are everywhere, so cute! Responsiveness of the host, we got all our questions answered quickly. The location and overall look and feel are very nice as well as the property layout. Access to the sandy river beach and park; rides on a golf cart. Grocery store, and restaurant nearby. The kitchen had a full supply of condiments, spices, etc . Also, 15 min away there is a new restaurant Bamboo Garden Wok'N'Grill - it was so good, we had to eat there twice

I would prefer duvets to have full covers, not only the bedsheets; the bed downstairs was way too soft for us; the coffee maker wasn't clean when we arrived; point to note that there is no fence around the property, so you can't let your pet out unattended

The property was close enough to all of the fun things in the surrounding area. We never had to go far to enjoy everything. It was comfy cozy house and my entire family enjoyed it.

Beautiful area with deer rooming freely, all over the property. The Caddy Shack bar was fun, had a fabulous food truck call Weird Food and Baklava…highly recommend them!

The home itself was in a complete need of some updates. The bathrooms were the nicest part. The upstairs was hot and did not have a separate a/c unit, other than a window unit in one of the bedrooms. The entire place smelled musty, from the time we opened the door. The laundry room was a mess, with laundry still in the basket. The receptacles in most of the rooms were half gone, with exposed wiring. The pictures are very deceiving! We tried to make the best of it, since there were no refunds, by taking the golf cart out to explore. Since the battery was not charged, even though they knew we were checking in, we broke down a couple of blocks away at the bottom of a hill! That was the last straw! If it had not been for booking.com, I would have been out of $1100. They did speak with the property manager, and I was refunded my money, thank God, or I really would have been more of a Karen than I already was! The amenities probably would have been nice, had we stayed. The lake, pool, and park were close by car (not the golf cart).

We loved the amenities, the closeness to the lake, and use of the golf cart. All of the little extras that were provided, like folding chairs and a cooler Etc, to take with us to the lake. The beds were very comfortable and it was very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the smart TVs and internet as well as the kitchen and cooking facilities. It was beautiful out on the deck and enjoyed the area.

Nothing was bad. Really enjoyed the vacation home.
