Lle Mary - Beautiful views, Hot tub, Secluded, Dog Welcome, Barmouth

Was just perfect, and cosy and exactly what we were looking for. Sam was on hand for any issues and was extremely helpful. All pre arrival information was sent over and made the whole process quick, easy, and efficient. The hot tub was lovely and clean, personally as someone who works with hot tubs, i am always dubious with them, but this really put my mind at rest. The views were stunning, and watching the sun set over the sea on an evening made it all the more tranquil.

Having to leave

Beautiful hut with wonderful views. The hut was warm, well equipped, comfortable big bed and the hot tub was such a welcome extra! Can’t fault the property at all. Especially good and reassuring to have an inquisitive gardened area for a curious dog too!!

Cabin was beautiful, very clean and perfect location. Hot tub a great extra. Perfect get away to relax from a busy life style. Would recommend 100%

Nice location a with lovely view. Night time was brilliant listening to the sound of the miniature stream and it felt like bliss Seeing the sunset over the sea from the windows was brilliant

Upon arrival when first got into the cabin it seemed to be dirty. (Pictures below) Floor hadn’t been cleaned properly, draws had bits and hair in them (draws hadn’t been cleaned at all), air fryer is full of grease on the sides, cutlery and utensils still had food on them so I had to wash everything myself as well as clean down the whole place because let’s face it… no one feels nice when you see dirt. Upon opening under the sink for cleaning items it was all just thrown in there, bits everywhere, a dog biscuit? From a previous renter, and a piece of a wrapper. Didn’t bother contacting about the cleaning as I was already agitated after a long drive and this just added too it Never used a hot tube before and showered before getting in. Upon the 1st to 3rd time of opening the hot tub there were white floating bits so contacted the owner and she was there within 30seconds (bonus) My partner checked the ball which should have a chlorine tab in it and it was empty and she saw it was empty so said she had put one in. Watched her put the ball in (with tablet inside) so we then avoided using it for the rest of the night incase the fumes were too strong. To then find when I went to check on it before bed to see if it was ok she had taken the ball out (partner saw her do it when I turned my back…after telling us she had put it in) She had just thrown it on the floor behind the tub. Came out the next morning after she had visited and it was back in. (So we got lied too) After all of this when we came to use it the water was clean with no floating white bits but the tablet was still dissolving a day after being put in. Clearly never put one in the day before arrival and not cleaned so felt grotty !

Everything. The views, layout and location. Loved how secluded and private it was.

love the location, hot tub was fantastic and the swing chair was a joy, the hut itself was very comfortable with a view to the sea and amenities that made our stay pleasurable.

leaving, could have spent more time here.
