L appartement est très propre, très calme. La cour intérieure est vraiment pratique et tout est parfaitement équipé, le wifi fonctionne très bien, on se sent comme à la maison. C’est une bonne base pour explorer la région de Cagliari. De plus, nous souhaitons souligner la très grande générosité de Daniela et son mari ( plein de jolies attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée, et ils ont réglé très rapidement un petit souci que nous avons rencontré). Tutto, ed in particolare l’accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari. L’appartamento è pulito e confortevole; la cucina, per chi come noi cena in casa, è ampia e dotata di tutto quello che serve. La zona è molto tranquilla, e ottima per raggiungere con l’auto le spiagge del cagliaritano e dell’iglesiente. Impagabile il parcheggio all’interno della struttura.

Very nice stay! I book places on the go and booked this place an hour before check-in.. I had everything I needed and thanks to the host for quick check-in!

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped, making it a perfect choice for families. The host is exceptionally friendly and thoughtfully provided toys, a baby high chair, a baby cot, a changing mat for nappies, and a blender for making baby food, knowing that we were bringing our son along. We received great recommendations for local attractions and bakeries as well. The patio is generously sized and can accommodate a car inside. The bed is large and comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The outdoor washing machine is very convenient. There are plenty of towels available, including beach towels! The bathroom is spacious and includes a bidet. The apartment also features air conditioning, a TV with YouTube and internet access, and additional TVs in both the bedroom and kitchen. The oven and hob are perfect for cooking meals. Overall, the facilities were fantastic and wheelchair accessible. I would give this place a solid five stars!

The street is quite narrow, making it difficult at times to fit the car into the patio because of the many parked cars outside. On one occasion, some neighbors scratched the rental car and attempted to slash one of the tires after we had to park it in front of the house instead of getting it inside. Nonetheless, this is not the hosts' responsibility, but i find this useful to share with hosts so they can mind their belongings and always buy full car insurance if they want to avoid stress.

The location was a bit away from the Cagliari center but works well if you have an early flight to take. It is a very baby friendly place and has most things that you would need for an infant. There were even some toys. Parking near the house was very easy to do. It is easy to get to the airport from here.

This was a one night stay in reach of Cagliari airport. The apartment is very well fitted out with all you could need, the main bedroom is huge! The host kindly provided coffee and some jams for breakfast. The WiFi worked very well, it doesn't always in Sardinia. A helpful guide to local bars and restaurants was available. Parking was available in the courtyard, I struggled a bit to turn in through the gate, our host was very patient :⁠-⁠)

Not the fault of the property, but all local restaurants were closed on Mondays, our only night. This is a residential area. But we found a pizza takeaway with some tables and had a great evening!

Nice apartment incl. closed yard (advised to park the car there). Owner Enrico was helpful, showed us everything in the house and handed over the keys. Apt itself was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Well equipped kitchen, second bathroom outside the apartment. Bigger distance from the city center, but close to shops, restaurants etc. Good value for money.
