Peace & View

This is a great place for a family vacation! A wonderful house with a cozy veranda where we spent a lot of time! Very quiet place, close to a clean nice beach, the water in the sea is clear! We had a wonderful rest, we would love to come back again!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen, wenn man Fragen hat. Wenn es ein Problem gibt, hilft Sie sofort. Das Appartment ist noch sehr neu und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es wurde uns in sehr sauberem Zustand übergeben. Im Garten gibt es eine Dusche, was ich sehr praktisch finde, um den Sand vom Strand gar nicht erst ins Haus zu tragen. Man kann direkt am Haus parken. Die Zimmer sind mit Schallschutzverglasung ausgestattet und es gibt Rolläden, die perfekt verdunkeln. Einem erholsamen Schlaf steht also nichts im Wege!

Die Elektrik des Hauses funktioniert nur mit eingesteckter Schlüsselkarte, ähnlich wie in vielen Hotels. Ein bisschen schade ist, dass an die Schlüsselkarte nicht nur die Klimaanlage und Licht, sondern auch alle Steckdosen gekoppelt sind. Man kann also nicht sein Tablet laden, wenn man unterwegs ist. Der WLAN Router läuft über UMTS und hat eine so schlechte Datenrate, dass das WLAN tagsüber eigentlich nicht nutzbar ist. Ab ca. 22:00 funktionieren Anwendungen mit wenig Datenverkehr, also z.B. WhatsApp, aber kein Youtube, o.ä.

We selected this property based on location and expected privacy and we were not disappointed at all. The house is very well equipped, very clean and offers a great amount of privacy. On the other hand, it is not far from the Stegna center and the beach (5 minutes down, a little more up:). The host are wonderful people and were very helpful (they provided a baby crib). Maybe the only negative issue is that the bathroom and the toilet does not have any ventilation.

The view and the interior design were beautiful!

The way from the beach up to the house was short but exhausting, but you‘ll have to accept that for the view

extra clean, great house. Katerina was very pleasant and helpfull. you can wash after beach in steet shower, very good place for children outdoor playing. Perfect location, 5 min down to beach where a lot of local restaurants. surprise in fridge.

Everything is excellent

We had a wonderful stay at Peace and View - the property was comfortable and clean with all the facilities we needed. The patio has a lovely view of the sea with a table and sitting area to enjoy it. It is a short walk down a (slightly steep) hill to Stegna beach, with lovely restaurants and a not too busy beach.

The apartment is exactly as described! Stunning view, really calm and relaxing. We loved the location with its undisturbed view over the sea, but it might a bit hard to walk all the way down to the beach, especially when it’s hot and with (small) children, so we mostly used the car for the short but steep ride down. The bed is really comfy, everything is clean and new with modern and nice details. In general well-furnished and thought through. We were greeted personally and surprised with a filled fridge - thank you again for being so thoughtful. We were also provided with a baby bed and chair on request.

We would have loved to have more shade in the outside area, which is super spacious, but in full sun during the the first half of the day. Unfortunately, the existing parasol was broken and so it’s not ideal with kids especially.
