Piscine un peu bruyante

The house is great and it was spotless clean. Good location and great facilities.

The check in and check out processes were a mess. The keys are actually in a locked box in a hidden place but the host kept us waiting 50 min until someone arrived instead of letting us self-check in. It was the same for the check out. Communication was only reactive, never initiated by the host. The whole experience was ruined by the intense smoke of tobacco. The host called to say “the last guest smoked in the house despite the rules”, however the smell wasn’t “fresh smoke” but that of continued smokers house. They’ve been smoking in the house for years. After we left for our next destination, our clothes, kids clothes, luggage, and all our belongings kept smelling like tobacco. I won’t recommend this house to non smokers despite being a great accommodation with amazing facilities and location.

Bom espaço de varandas, piscina com excelentes condições, excelente atendimento e disponibilidade dos funcionários.

A distância à praia com uma criança pequena não foi muito fácil. O guarda sol da varanda estava estragado e tinha ajudado para uma sombrinha extra ao almoço.
