Cosy 3 bed detached house Birmingham

Detailed instruction for entry. Well equipped Kitchen. Nice decor. Looked, smelt and felt clean. Real home away from home feel. Location was great shops walking distance. Larger shopping areas about 10 mins away by Car. Very close to family. The owners responded to requests promptly and although we never met seem extremely focused on making stays a nice and stress free occasion. Also found detailed folder for how to work the oven , hob, WiFi, where there are local supermarkets, etc One of the best experiences via booking for entire homes. Thank You for a great experience.

The front door lock needs fixing but is also the wrong type of handle for a front door. There are types that do not require the key to lock to stop entry. I should not be able to just walk in and shouldn't have to lock when inside with a key. Fire safety wise that would take time to unlock to leave. The fact that there is a 'knack' to the key is not cool if you can't figure that knack. Other than that was very nice throughout comfortable and extremely homely. There is a ring camera so fairly secure.

Very quiet street, but the aircraft were loud (we knew this about the location before booking) Plenty of hot water for showers Communication with owners

Could provide salt and pepper. Hall carpet needs replacing/cleaning Could do with re decorating Garden not very welcoming Very steep drive, beware if your vehicle is low to the ground.

We were self catering so this question is not applicable.

Noise from over head aircraft, I know owner cannot change this. I felt the outside space in particular needed a bit of TLC.

Lovely and welcoming hosts. Clear instructions of entry and arriving, Had everything needed on arrival. Would defiantly use again. :) Thank you so much!

The location was quiet and the hosts were very helpful , everything you needed was readily available

The shower pressure was low and it can be noisy with the planes coming over however after the first night you do get used to this and it’s to be expected where the location is, it was clean but it did require some areas of deep clean for example food on walls in some areas

Front door lock is a bit difficult I’ve got the knack in the end

Loved the house it was nice and spacious and had a homey feel. The house was nice and clean also and the host was really helpful!

Although the house was lovely, the house was quite out the way and the neighbourhood wasn’t as welcoming as I would’ve liked.
