Very expensive for the facilities available. A bit penny pinching to expect payment for wood considering the price

The location of this property is excellent. We liked the long garden , the kitchen/ dining area and the spacious sitting rooms. The utility room was a huge bonus .

Probably because it’s an old cottage but…. the plumbing/ water pressure was poor. The showers were low pressure and the downstairs loo took two flushes at least. Although the kitchen was very well equipped, the one thing we needed was a masher ( we borrowed from a friends cottage down the road!) This is being picky as we liked the cottage!
