verlichting in de woonkamer deed het niet en is niet gemaakt. Hebben de hele week 's avond in het donker gezeten. Daarnaast was de vaatwasser bij aankomst kapot, is ook niet gemaakt. Daarbij was de keuken van zeer matige kwaliteit. Algehele onderhoud aan de woning was matig. Daarmee de prijs/kwaliteit zeer onder de maat.

The property was a bit tired floor was dirty pool full of leaves garden untidy pool was never cleaned the whole time we were there , no kettle, bedside lamps didn’t work, floor dirty, paint comeing off around work surface in kitchen, doors to garden didn’t lock gate from garden hard to open lock needs attention. Cockroaches in the house every night. Upstairs bathroom very worn out the house needs some money spent on it to make it nice so not good value for money

The property was in a good location, with a shop just a few minutes walk away to get the essentials. The hotel staff were outstanding, they couldn’t have done enough to help us. The man in the reception was so helpful. We were also allowed full use of all the hotels facilities.

It rained one night and one of the rooms (outside) got wet, water came in and some of our belongings got wet.

Spacious and a great location, needed balcony keys as it was locked on the upper floor.

The locks were quite stiff. The dishwasher leaked and the bathroom shower stayed cold for a Long time . Lots of cat poo on the lawn.

Staff at reception were helpful The Villa is spacious and would be fantastic for families if it were properly maintained.

The location (actually 40 minutes walk from Cala d'Or center) and condition of the property. Staff were helpful replacing a missing bbq and fixing the front door which did not lock, but 4 days of our holiday in our private villa were interrupted by maintenance staff drilling, banging, painting and leaving rotten wood mess in our villa garden fixing the bannister to the external stairs (which was dangerous but not something we reported). Additionally items like hairdryers and sockets by the beds were not there, keys could not be found to the room safes, Broken shelves fell out of cupboards and the fridge. There were numerous broken tiles outside on the patio and the safety gate to the pool did not close properly. This Villa has the potential to be beautiful but needs a lot of work.

location was ideal. short walk to the beaches and shops. having a private pool was great however the fencing surrounding the pool and cellar area not particularly sturdy.

it would have been nice to have a change of towels and bedding throughout the week.
