"Cosy Haus in guter Lage."

Tolle Location, schön eingerichtet, cosy, tolles Gärtchen am kleinen Fluss, Coffee im Basic needs um die Ecke super!

Im Anbau an Flüsschen , Spinnen und etc. Waschmaschine lies sich nicht starten.

"A perfect base for anyone wanting to explore the beaches and / or golf courses of Hawke's Bay!"

Location was perfect for us! Close to the main centres of Napier & Hastings, and very close to Cape Kidnappers. Property is very well appointed, and SOOO welcoming and comfortable. Even the weather played it's part!

The only thing that could be improved was my golf! The property cannot be faulted.

"Amazing home in a beautiful place"

Lovely location, amazing home and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots and pans we needed and more. The home itself was beautifully spacious and had plenty of entertaining areas.

The cleanliness was not what I expected. The floors and walls specifically were not in a clean state when we arrived. Some mattresses were a bit saggy but others were great.

"perfect accommodation for groups"

great entertaining areas, fantastic kitchen with extra big fridge and large storage/pantry area. Wonderful to have 3 bathrooms with 8 staying.

the 2 separate outside bedrooms were cold, a small fan heater in each room would be good (we did hit an unseasonal cold spell)

It was well set up for a large group of people.

It wasn't very clean unfortunately. When getting dishes out or cups they had food all over them. The shower pressure was terrible.

House is lovely,sunny and clean and overall our stay was very nice. Short walk to the beach and 4sqare and coffee cart (great coffe and smoothies)short drive. Lovely place to relax.

There was no heating in three of the bedrooms and it was extremely cold in the outside bedrooms, only one portable heater was supplied. We didn’t use one of the outside bedrooms because it was so cold. Wifi ran out of data on the last day very inconvenient and disappointing
