Villa Nicol

We stayed here for the softball mid tournament for Miss Florida. The beds NEED to be replaced. The blue back room is slopping on both sides and you fall off. The pink room bed is as hard as a rock the same as the master bed. We brought all BBQ food since it stated it had one, the BBQ didn’t work completely and we used foil since it was so rusted. This is a danger since the lines can also be corroding and could cause a fire. It shouldn’t be used without replacing. The home from all other aspects was very nice and we did enjoy our stay and would stay again if new beds and a BBQ were available to us. It was a great price and great location to all sports complex’s that we played at and there were three. Thank you

Beautifully maintained home and comfortable property. Great location for us and will stay at Villa Nicol again. They pretty much thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Pool is gorgeous.....and clean and well maintained. We visit Cape Coral often and of all the years coming here this is our favorite house.

It took me awhile to figure out how to turn on the pool heater, but the owner responded quickly to my request and then it was easy to open the lock on the circuit breaker.

Beautiful House, Property and Pool ( Very Private)

Master Bed was uncomfortable. We found broken glass in and around the Pool, smoke detectors weren’t working -when I communicated these issues with Michael (property manager) first of all he accused me of the broken glass in the pool and scolded me for having short term house guests and accused me of having parties. I was told these issues were corrected but I continued to find fragments of glass and I had to install batteries in all the smoke detectors I could reach. Also we had issues with cock roaches in the garage and in kitchen on the counter top which continued until we left even though there was a powder sprinkled around perimeter of house. The bicycles all had flat tires two of which I was able to inflate with hand pump although the third bicycle tire was totally blown out. The beach chairs were old and worn.The Televisions are difficult to operate if at all.
