Modern House in Bournemouth town centre

Lovely accommodation, very clean and comfortable

Beautifully clean with everything you could possibly need and more. Fantastic hosts who were very helpful and answered questions quickly. Perfect central location so you have to expect to hear a bit of the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth but did not affect our stay. Would definitely stay here again .

The location and cleanliness and very helpful land lady who sorted our parking issue. Very well presented interior.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable which really can do with a lot better mattress, the bathroom didn’t have a fan or if it did there was no obvious switch so having a shower isn’t great with all the steam. The windows don’t open up fully so in warm weather it’s not very comfortable even with just 1 fan provided in one of the room. Due to ongoing outside work going on wasn’t great with the noise level but I’m sure once that is finished it be better

Lovely property. Very clean and all you need for a break.

The parking access would only be suitable for a small car due to the narrow alley opening. However parking 2 mins aware in the multi storey was fine and cheap for 24 hours.

Very clean, perfect location

We loved the location as we are familiar with the area - it is close to restaurants and bars but also not far from the beachfront. We loved the decor and the use of space, it is obvious a lot of thought and time had gone into the design, facilities and interior. The bathroom especially was lovely. Perhaps a larger second sofa/cuddle chair would work well in the lounge area. Really well stocked kitchen with all you could need for a break away. Downstairs loo was most helpful as we were a group of five adults. We also took our two dogs, the owners were most welcoming of them and there is space outside for them.

The location was great - unfortunately the access to the property was not great but nothing really the owners can do. The street could do with a clean and a light to the access way would be beneficial to all the properties.
