Very clean and spacious apartment. Staff were so helpful checking providing complementary food, drinks and advice on activities

The toilets were temperamental but not a big issue

Location is very good . House is also beautiful. Spacious

House is a bid old inside. No hand wash inside toilets. Even there is one , it’s diluted. The curtain blind is too thin that light comes in very early and wake up us.

Location is wonderful

Didn’t have hot water at 1, 3 floors.

Recently stayed at 3bedrooms city Nimman and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short walk to 7-11, McDonald, city Center, next door are the massage shops and pharmacy as well. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. He provided and informed us some great local restaurants and even left a welcome basket with snacks and drinks. He even provide a basket of fruits for us. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!"

This is a cozy western-style accommodation. The facilities are clean and the host is attentive and kind. They provide instant noodles, tea, coffee, and disposable amenities, and the beds are large and clean. If you have any problems using the facilities, contact the host and he will respond quickly and take action. As soon as I arrived at the accommodation, I had the misfortune of leaving my wallet in a taxi, but I was able to find it with the host's help. If it weren't for the host, I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my trip to Chiang Mai.

There is a fork and spoon, but it is a pity that there are no chopsticks.

I loved the space of the apartment and the design. Everything was perfect and the staff were very responsive. Comfy beds and some snacks included. Massage and grocery store next to the apartment.
