Had a home feeling and not a sterile hotel

There was nothing to dislike

As discussed the bed being in the attic

Roomy, home feel, shower, location is amazing.

Not enough toilet roll, cleaning products, toilet doesn’t always flush well and there is a faint smell emitted. Recycling bin full of landfill.

Very comfortable accommodation. A lovely homely feel to the property. Extremely comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Great location for the village and the cliffs. Our host couldn't have been more helpful with my senior moment on arrival, rearranging the schedule to give us an extra day and the pleasant way of handling an unexpected situation.

Nothing really. The parking is a bit of a merry go round and you may have to park a short distance from the property but not a great hardship.

Steps

The cottage is lovely, clean and inviting. The lounge , dining area and kitchen are a very good size and the hosts have provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a choice of board games which is great for families The small enclosed garden is great The welcome pack is a lovely gesture. The bedding is lovely and smelt really fresh and thr beds are very comfortable, the bedrooms are big and lots of wardrobe space The shower is perfect Location to the sea is a lovely flat walk ( hill down to beach area) Flamborough village is lovely with a shop , few pubs , cafe and takeaways

This didn't spoil my stay and I would definitely book again, this is just information for others . Parking I believe would be difficult in the summer months The stairs to the attic bedroom are very steep and would be difficult for elderly or people with mobility issues The garden furniture needs covering to protect it from the damp The attic bedroom could do with a mirror

Comfortable accommodation with everything we needed-the kids loved the cupboard of toys and books plus the bus bed! We had a lovely time here and would stay here again!
