"The perfect summer holiday stay"

Everything about the place was fantastic, everything you could ever need. It was lovely and clean coffee tea lovely towels and bedding. Train station is like 5 mins walk as was Lidl Tesco & B&M. The south beach is only 10mins walk away north beach 15 mins walk. The perfect summer holiday, it's also the most dog friendly area I have ever known. We will definitely stay again. And would love to personally thank the owners for a wonderful stay.

Superb location and very comfortable. We were a group of 4 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space.

No real problems, kitchen tap was a bit leaky and ensuite shower tray filled with water quickly but minor issues that didn't cause any problems. (Just a note in case owners not aware)
