Location… we could walk to and from the beach easily and this we great with children. The small courtyard with a shower was really useful with a sandy beach. When we had a minor problem with a toaster fusing the property, John who looks after it, helped immediately and put it right for us. A very relaxed place to stay…

Parking on a bank holiday weekend was stressful, but again John helped us and we got sorted quickly. We then used an Uber to visit Broadstairs to save parking issues and this was probably cheaper than parking to visit Morelli’s ice team shop tbh. The loop bus did’t run around the back roads as parking restricted access to get through.

"Lovely cabin, but cold."

The WiFi didn’t work, and the place was freezing when we arrived. Electric radiator in lounge and bedroom were fine, but no heater in kitchen and most importantly, the bathroom. It was freezing in the morning, you certainly didn’t want to strip off and have a shower. It would be great in the summer when heating not required. Other than those 2 things, it was fine.

great character property in excellent location, place to store our bikes, few metres walk to the beach and Botany Bay Hotel short drive to Broadstairs or Margate by car or very reasonable taxi.

Angie clearly put a lot of love and care into the house. Very comfortable and family oriented. Although we didn't make use of them, it was very thoughtful adding the plastic plates and cups, the family board games, books, etc. The decoration was very cozy in the lounge section, and modern in the kitchen/bedroom area. Bedroom is very spacious. Comfortable beds. You can find everything you need to make your stay confortable. Very clear instructions and directions in advance of your stay. The cleaning was impeccable. The location is outstanding.

We didn't make use of it, but the toaster needs updating.

Positiv: - Lage - Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet - man findet am der Straße problemlos einen Parkplatz - Küche ist gut ausgestattet

Negativ: - nur mäßig sauber (z. B. Herd eingebrannt, Asseln und Schnecke in der Wohnung) - Bad wirkt feucht - einige Zettel an den Wänden was man tun und lassen soll - Internet funktioniert nicht

"Perfect location!"

Great location! Cosy, had most if not all the necessities. Accommodating host.

Towels were not provided, but we had our own.
