Hideaway at Botany Bay

The location is just breathtaking - literally a couple of mins walk to the beach and you can see the sea as soon as you leave the property!! Very cosy and homely, spotlessly clean with a super-comfortable sofa and VERY comfortable bed (we didn't want to leave!). The host is lovely & helpful with excellent comms throughout. We stayed in twixtmas and the decorations looked absolutely wonderful. (Only downside is having to take your own towels - I'd happily pay a few pennies extra for a 'bundle' of say 3-4 towels to avoid having to lug them around, especially if not staying for long, but that's just me).

No heating in the bathroom means a quick dash from the shower if the weather's chilly, but the heating elsewhere in hideaway is excellent.

Would be good if tea/coffee was available to buy as an ‘extra’ or was just provided. There was not a tv in the ‘living area’ - appreciate that it’s a ‘hideaway’ but sitting in a bedroom area to watch a film may not be suited to everybody’s rental arrangement

Cosy and well facilitated literally next to a beautiful bay that is easily accessed

The shower was stuck on a hot temp so we bird bathed the little ones but not a massive issue as we like hot showers

Pleasant self- contained cabin accommodation. Very close to Botany Bay beach. Well looked after, clean warm and comfortable. Nice shower.

The TV reception is by internet, but the WiFi signal is not strong enough, so programmes don't play well if at all. I had to tether it to my mobile phone. Also, there's a fence all round only a couple of feet from the windows. There's no view and restricted light. Otherwise it might have been a 9.

Perfect Location and hideaway would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway. Helpful Host.

Location was good, very close to beach and walking trail. Angie was very welcoming and attended couple immediately.

Not suitable for 6 people, perfact for 4/5.

Friendly, helpful host. Accommodation definitely has the 'cute' factor. Good use of space. Ideal location as a base for coastal exploration.

Felt a little claustrophobic with no window views available but understand the reasoning for privacy.
