Great location in the centre of town. Deceptively spacious inside, with good sized rooms. Large comfortable sofa in lounge. Well-appointed kitchen.

No outside space to sit

The location is amazing, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops. The house is sparkling clean and just like a beach villa of dreams. My two boys loved their room, which included books, superhero figurines and even lego clocks, the small things really made the stay very comfortable. I personally loved the full length mirror, which was great for the daily outfit and selfie check. The kitchen is fully stocked up if your plan to cook. The dining area is a cute setup and great for pictures. We also enjoyed the radio in the corridor, great idea. There's an escape room on the opposite road, it's a must family activity to do.

The kids beds were abit creeky and quite uncomfy for them.

Bryan, the host, was so helpful. Any questions were responded to very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The property was so close to the centre of Broadstairs, while also being nice and quiet. And it was a stone's throw away from the beach. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Broadstairs.
