Die Lage.

Die Einfahrt ist recht kompliziert bzw. Eng. Hat aber nur was mit der Lage zu tun.

Traumhafte Lage, solide Unterkunft Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wirklich traumhaft – das ist auch der Hauptgrund, warum dieses Haus so gute Bewertungen bekommt. Absolute Ruhe, toller Blick, privates Grundstück mit viel Natur. Das Haus selbst hat soliden „Heimwerkerstandard“. Alles ist da, was man braucht, aber es ist eben kein Neubau und wirkt an manchen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt komplett, allerdings fehlte uns das Kajak und die Steckdosen in der Küche sind knapp. Internet funktioniert nur oben – mit Repeater wäre es besser. Die Dusche im Untergeschoss funktioniert, aber man muss aufpassen, nicht gleich das ganze Zimmer unter Wasser zu setzen. Der Pool ist einfach, ungeheizt und vermutlich mit Meerwasser – für uns okay, aber kein Highlight. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, herzlich, und hat uns sogar mit Kuchen überrascht. Er kommt aber auch mal unangekündigt vorbei, z. B. zum Poolcheck. Einmal gab es eine Party beim Nachbarn, aber nach Hinweis hat der Vermieter sofort reagiert und es war kein Problem mehr. Insgesamt ein Haus für alle, die vor allem die besondere Lage am Meer genießen wollen und keinen Luxus erwarten. -

Die Zufahrt ist allerdings sehr eng – mit einem X5 geht es gerade noch, größere oder längere Autos würden Probleme bekommen.

At first, we thought this villa might be too good to be true, but it exceeded our expectations in almost every aspect. The villa is well designed and cosy, with lots of spots to relax. The location is remote and very quiet, set by a beautiful lagoon with pine trees along the bank. The beach is mostly rocky, but it’s great for snorkelling. The pool is spectacular – infinity edge with sea water, and the kids couldn’t get enough of it. The back kitchen near the grill is very useful, with a spacious fridge, two stoves, and an outdoor sink right by the grill, which made cooking and cleaning very convenient. We also loved the extras like the fridge on the pool terrace, mountain bikes, and a SUP board. The host was very nice and friendly, always ready to help if we needed anything. We would definitely return here!

It would be very helpful to have a multi-socket adapter in the kitchen, since the teapot, microwave, and sandwich maker are all in the same spot but there’s only one socket. A decent coffee machine would also be a great addition. These small improvements would make using the kitchen much more convenient for guests.

Perfektna lokacija, prostrane terase i ispred dnevnog boravka i ispred bazena! Komforno! Kuća u samoj uvali, velika privatnost jer u neposrednoj blizini nema kuća!
