USEverything at the place was new and clean. It was perfect for a family of four. We stayed two nights, made breakfast in the kitchen which had everything we needed. The owner was so nice and helpfull. Price is very fair!
I liked everything about this place. If I have to put a finger on something it would be that it is close to a big road and the 3 rental cottages are in the backyard of the owners house. But I didn't really mind that.
FRSauber, Küche war top ausgestattet und auf unserer Rundreise mit Abstand die Beste. Klein, aber fein. Der Platz hinter dem Haus war zum Grillen am Abend sehr angenehm und mit der elektrischen Feuerstelle sehr gemütlich. Gute Lage zum Kodachrome Basin State Park und zum Bryce Canyon. Sehr netter Gastgeber; Tad hat uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben und wir konnten schon deutlich früher einchecken als erwartet.
Klimaanlage hat nicht wie man es in Amerika gewohnt ist, gut gekühlt. Das Aussengelände rund um das Haus könnte etwas ansprechender und besser gestaltet werden.

USCottage was cozy and had all of the amenities we needed for a one night stop in Bryce Canyon. We sat on the back porch and enjoyed a beautiful view, cooked a meal, had a restful night sleep and departed before sunrise to catch the sunrise at Bryce Canyon.

DEThis is a GEM in the Bryce Canyon area. The cottages have are fitted to a very high standard with everything you need inside. It was spotlessly clean, very quiet, safe and with stunning views from the back patio.
PLGreat place, quiet and calm. Kitchen had everything. It was very clean and you can see that the owner takes care about little things. Bed very comfortable. Cabin is very spacious. Perfect place to relax and see the canyon.

USThe property was new. The cabin was clean and had everything you need for your trip.
I didn’t like the fact it was in someone’s backyard and you had to drive in someone’s driveway to get to the cabin. Was expecting something totally different. I think the price was a little high for what you get and the area.
UAWe just loved our stay! Great, super comfortable and superbly equipped one-bedroom cottage. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom with tub and European-style shower (great!). Fully equipped and stuffed kitchen. Great heating and AC equipment. Great WiFI (super-important feature there). Just a few minutes drive from Bryce Canyon National Park. But the best part is the host - Tad was superbly attentive and helpful, and made our stay really fantastic!
Absolutely nothing about the property or the host - all was just fantastic. But the one should be prepared for two things about the location - absence of breakfast venues (closest one would be at the Bryce Canyon entrance) and complete absence of cellular connection...
