Vivenda Paraíso

Very nice property, a quiet location and 3 bedrooms exactly what we needed and fabulous seating areas inside and out. Very professional management actually The villa itself is fabulous really clean and modern, loads of space in the fridges, plenty of cups glasses etc outside lovely and well kept.

Everything was perfect nothing to tell here except there is no Air condition but the weather was nice 😊

The only thing I could point out was insufficiency of radiators' and dehumidifier, however I must also admit that was really cold and rainy season.

That's a very modern house with 3 bedrooms, big, well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher :) and a living room. It has a lot of windows so you may get a lot of light and sun but you cal also close the sheds for the night. It is very quiet at nights, as the property location is in the upper part of the town, almost in the end of it. The ocean view is perfect but the best are the cats that are coming every day curious of the new guests. Our kids had a lot of fun with them. Although we came in winter - beginning of February, the house was quite warm and we had 2 electric radiators that we used in the bedrooms. It was a very comfortable stay in a very tranquil location.

The ventitlation in the bathroom is very limited so everything (including the walls and floor) gets wet very quickly and it is difficult to get it dried. We tried to keep the small window open but it didn't help much. Maybe it's easier in summer time with higher temperatures outside.
