"Tolles Ferienhaus mit Potenzial nach oben"

Lage direkt Nea Chora war gut, 15 min. fussläufig in die Altstadt, 👍Pluspunkt der Garagenplatz für 1 Auto 3 Schlafzimmer, groß und geräumig, schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick

Die Kücheneinrichtung müsste erneuert werden, veraltet; Küchenutensilien sehr unvollständig. Da hochpreisig sollte man eine Renovierung vornehmen. Terrasse zum Hof könnte aufgehübscht werden, vor allem der verwüstete Garten, schade .

"Awesome place to stay!"

The rooms are great, quite spacious. The location is pretty awesome: it has a panoramic view of the sea. The beach is a couple minutes away from the apartment by walk. There are several supermarkets nearby (within 10-12 minutes of walk). Plus the host was super responsive and helpful. Awesome place to stay!

"Comfortable, spacious apartment in a fanstactic location"

The property is in a fantastic location - 2 mins walk from the best beach in Chania, 10 mins from town, and 10 mins from a large supermarket. It was spacious and the outdoor area was equipped with ping pong tables, a shower, and outdoor furniture which provided a perfect tanning spot. The property also has 2 bikes which can be used to cycle along the coast and enjoy the gorgeous sea views. We were warmly welcomed by George, who went above and beyond to answer our queries in a timely and professional manner. Communication was superb - we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Initially, the property was not as well equipped as we had expected, however once we informed the host this was immediately resolved.
